Day 4 | InnovatorsLab Job Shadowing
We completed the fourth day of our InnovatorsLab Job Shadowing activity in İznik. During the day, participants carried out another local activity in a school, implementing dance, music and interactive activities with children. We also joined several online meetings together related to KA2 projects and exchanged ideas on project development processes.
Work continued on mini escape room activities as participants discussed and improved game-based approaches within the project methodology.
The day ended with a volleyball match and intercultural exchange with local Gen Z youth, where participants introduced their countries, shared experiences and discussed peacebuilding in an informal and engaging environment.
